Carrington Blake Investment Group (Pty) Ltd is a South Africa–registered private investment company investing for its own account. The Group is owned by a Mauritius-registered trust and deploys private capital into transactions where CBIG acts as lead investor, deal principal, and execution sponsor.

We do not operate as a lender, bank, financial services provider, or trade finance house. CBIG does not provide loans, credit facilities, or intermediary services. Instead, we initiate, take over, structure, and execute transactions directly, assuming ownership and control of the underlying assets or commercial outcomes.

Our investments are guided by a long-term ownership mindset, disciplined capital protection, and a clear preference for transactions with strong asset backing, contractual certainty, and minimal downside exposure.
