CBIG’s Structured Execution Platform is designed for transactions where opportunity exists, but execution capacity or capital is constrained.

In such cases, CBIG may:

• Conduct full technical, legal, and commercial due diligence

• Independently test and verify assets or commodities

• Deploy its own capital to acquire ownership or control

• Arrange logistics, transport, storage, and shipping

• Execute sales directly into market or to end-buyers

CBIG takes the lead position in these transactions. Capital is recovered first, followed by profit participation on pre-agreed commercial terms. Where appropriate, CBIG may elect to acquire the underlying asset or business outright.

This approach is execution-led, asset-controlled, and capital-disciplined.
